How to Use Internet Explorer to Read Chinese on Web
  1. Logon to any CAC lab IBM machine with your PSU Access user ID and password
  2. Open the Internet Explorer web browser
  3. Type in the HTML address you are going to browse
  4. If there is indecipherable stuff on your screen, move your mouse to the View button. Click Encoding, select Auto Select.

    If it is still not working, click encoding again, select More, try Chinese Simplified or Chinese Traditional

  5. If it doesn’t work again, try starting up Chinese Star under Program Group and Language 3. Click here to read the tutorial on using Chinese Star.
